The Balaclava is the most cost effective item for staying cold. This is very helpful if you tend to roam in a cold area for long periods of time and want to avoid healing supplies.

It not only looks cool for explosive raids, it is a low cost headprotection that give you +3 resistance against explosions. So it is better then the burlwrapheadwrap at the same costs when you go for an explosive raid with beancangrenades or counterraid people with explosive ammo.
