MLRS Rocket
The MLRS Rocket is a projectile for the MLRS, they are found in Locked Crates as well as the MLRS Aiming Module. It has lethal damage to both structures and players. 3 SAM Sites can easily destroy the projectiles.

MLRS rockets will detonate on impact.
If you Find yourself in a situation where you are being stuck more than one time or simply to prevent it down the line, you can build twig and wood off of where you know you will be struck this will dampen the blows if your on timer for wall repairs you can also extend off your base and create a shell it may decay later but it will take longer than the 10 min timer for the MLRS.
Placing Shelves on stone walls also helps add some more things to get in their way 1 shelf can catch 3 mlrs rockets.
The incoming update about bullets not being able to damage SAMS should help in the future.
