Gunpowder is a resource created by combining smelted sulfur and charcoal. It is used for multiple things from rockets, grenades, ammunition, and even land mines. As this is used almost exclusively for PvP purposes, this is a much sought after resource and should be protected and seized at every opportunity.

If you use the mixing table, you only have to have the same amount of charcoal as you need sulfur

If you want to buy gunpowder with scrap you can buy smoke grenades and recycle them. 1 scrap = 3.6 gunpowder and 5 metal fragments.

If you are pinching for gunpowder, you can buy some via smoke grenades at outpost (must be outpost bandit camp merged) then recycle, then sell the metal fragments. this results in 450 gunpowder per 100 scrap
