It works best during PVP in both open AND compressed areas. It's also a sufficient raiding tool and is recommended to be used on sheet metal doors and or preferably stone building upgrades. The ammo can be retrieved from either of the two oil rigs, whether it be a drop from a scientist/heavy and or locked crate.

dont underestimate this thing loaded with shotgun ammo; same damage as the pump, but as fast as the otherwise anemic spas 12, makes the shotgun MGL a truly terrifying force indoors. Probably a bad idea to roam with it tho, best to save it as a contingency for getting online raided.

The best shotgun. that's how i see it. The Milkor MGL is a very versatile gun, being it a grenade launcher, smoke grenade launcher or shotgun, the MGL will hit extremely hard with 270 damage spread between just 12 pellets. this gun also shoots 3x as fast as the pump but slower than the spas 12 with nearly 2x the damage in comparison to the spas' buckshot with 14 pellets. again, amazing for raid defense and drive by's when combined with full heavy metal (plate) armor but far too rare to simply take out roaming.
