Polar Bear

Polar Bears are creatures that were added during the Arctic Update. Unlike the regular bears, Polar Bears are significantly stronger and more health. They are exclusively found in the Snow Biome.

Polar bears are the only AI that consistently spawns in the snow, and they can roam very far from the snow if given enough time. They have 95 more HP than a normal bear, but they also give more bear meat which is one of the best foods in the game. Just like any other hostile animal, it will chase you until you do enough damage to it, typically 50% of its HP (210 damage), after that it will run away (really fast) so try to kill it even faster.
