the long sleeve shirt has better passive stats compared to the t-shirt
the long sleeve has 6% bite, 5% rad, 10% cold whilst t shirt has 5% bite, 3% rad, 6% cold
so basically its more suitable for running monuments and living in the colder regions, I would recommend using it as it only takes 30 cloth, in the cold region any clothing items like this are near mandatory to survive.
