The Medical Syringe is the best medical supply used for combat situations. It instant heals you a portion of your health and slowly heals the rest. It also reduces your radiation poisoning which is very useful while navigating the red puzzle building with high levels of radiation. As of July 2021, the Medical Syringe can be used to revive people in Wounded state. It revives faster than holding E on the wounded player, however this gives you a disadvantage to look around and spot enemies as you will cancel the heal animation.

You can pre-med then cancel just before the animation has finished if you are expecting to get shot.
Eating food while using a syringe is the fastest way to heal.

Syringes work best when paired with bandages or medkits. If you're bleeding, the health over time won't work.

It is a good idea to use a bandage before using a medical syringe, most of the medical syringes benefits will be knocked off if you are bleeding. so if you are bleeding use a bandage to stop the bleeding before you use your medical syringe.

Healing is mostly nullified by bleeding so unless you're pressured for time remember to bandage or medkit to prevent wasting them the heal

When picking up a teammate right-clicking them with a medical syringe will instantly pick them up.

Reviving wounded others with the Right Click of the Syringe still takes more time then using the syringe on yourself and leaves you completely defenseless meanwhile. Thus, never use this method of reviving.
