Flame Thrower

The Flame Thrower (or flamethrower) is a close range weapon that also serves as a basic raiding tool. Fire sprayed from a flamethrower may obscure a target's vision and rapidly drain their health. The Flame Thrower will start to steadily spawn fireballs once the trigger has been held long enough, and each one will damage and slow players or burn any wooden items they touch. Take care- fireballs spawned from spraying can and will burn bodies away (but their loot will fall in a bag if they do). Raiding with a flamethrower is accomplished by continuously spraying a wooden structure with fire until it shatters. Structures without a base for the fireballs to land on are very inefficient to raid with a flamethrower, since fireballs will not damage the targeted area. Many would not recommend using this as a weapon because of its low Damage Per Second, and short range. A good shotgun can outperform it in many situations.

A great raiding tool to use if you have abundant amounts of lowgrade, however using explosives can be faster and take less time to farm for.

Please god do not try to use this as a weapon as it has very short range and thus will be beaten by almost any weapon with longer range. Still a good raiding tool for wooden structures.

With the molotov, this has lost a lot of value. While this is still good for raiding wood, the molotov is significantly more effective without the risk of being burned.
Likely to get a buff.

This DOES have health. It commonly spawns with low to almost no hp however it does have a health bar.

If you have a constant supply of low grade fuel (e.g an oil refinery, and enough red barrels to farm crude oil from) then this is the most economic raiding tool for wooden bases and wooden doors. You can then literally raid all the wood in the entire area, as long your flamethrower is at good HP and you keep hold of it.
If you aren't that self-sufficient in low grade fuel, eoka raiding both wooden doors and wooden walls is more economic.
Protip: if you don't have to worry about expending more low grade fuel, spraying it continuously against wood (rather than letting it burn out occasionally) will destroy it faster. If you don't have a constant supply, eco-raiding with the fuel (stopping the spray and letting the flames burn out on the wood) to deal the maximum amount of damage with the least amount of fuel, is the best option.

87 low grade for a wooden door, only if it's able to get the after damage from the left over fire, but if the foundation that the door is on doesn't get that damage from the flame it'll take a lot more

Wanton arson in an easy-to-use package. Best used for destroying wooden structures such as high external walls and evicting uninvited guests without the good sense to use non-flammable materials in construction. Also starts fires on the ground and fire type damage ignores most armor, granting a niche use as both an anti-heavy and an area denial weapon.
