The Python deals a great amount of damage per shot, but it has only 6 bullets in one magazine. It is pretty useful for shorter - medium distances. If combined with something like a Thompson, or even a Nailgun, the Python is pretty useful.

It is not a good idea to fire quickly with the Python, as the recoil is huge; causing you to be off target.

This weapon rewards patient and accurate shooters that know the trajectory of the Pistol Bullet.

Has the best accuracy out of all pistols, only bested by LR-300 Assault Rifle, Assault Rifle, M249, and obviously the Bolt Action Rifle. Good at close to medium, medium-long ranges.
Highest amount of damage out of all pistols
Low amount of bullets in the cylinder - 6 compared to the Semi-Automatic Pistol's magazine size of 10, the M92 Pistol's 15.
Has a high amount of recoil, which requires learning and getting used to. This makes it unideal for CQB fights.

The Python Revolver is a ranged weapon that fires Pistol Bullets Pistol Bullet . It deals more damage than the M92 Pistol M92 Pistol and the Semi-Automatic Pistol Semi-Automatic Pistol but has a higher recoil with only six shots.

This is your go to weapon. You hear this a lot but the Python Revolver has an extreme kickback once fired. This weapon is a balanced revolver with mid to far range, but your chances are slim when it comes to close range. The damage is higher and is known for to be the strongest pistol compared to the M92 Pistol . If you're a good shot, this is the best weapon for you.
If you're in a tuff situation, say for example. You're fighting fully geared man with a stronger weapon compared to your python, I recommend using Incendiary Pistol Bullet which will do much great damage. Good luck out there! This is my favorite weapon.

This weapon can three shot a full health hazie with just 3 bodyshots or alternatively 1 headshot and 1 body shot.

With the Thompson/Sar meta of today, Tier 2 guns like the Python, P250, Pump and the Custom have been nearly forgotten, while the P2 is really cheap, the Pump can one shot with it's slugs and the Custom can out DPS most T2 guns up close, The python remains underused. the reason for this, is because players nowadays have absolutely no skill, they only know how to spray with the Thompson and roofcamp with SAR but the python is an extremely skill-based weapon, if one is experienced with the Python, they can truly kill any other T2 gun wielder. Players today simply don't even try to learn recoil patterns and such.

very few people use this gun for these reasons:
-only 72 range, where the semi-automatic rifle has 188 range and they are pretty close to each other in terms of when you tech tree them. -people often sell sars. so you can buy and research them from vending machines. not many people sell pythons. i guess pythons don't sell well. -huge recoil. -only 6 shots. -cost a LOT of high quality metal. especially if you want to craft a bunch of these. -people who want to use a pistol prefer to craft the revolver or the semi-automatic pistol as they require less high quality metal and less metal pipes. they want to keep their high quality metal and metal pipes for other things.

Don't listen to anybody in this tips. I will try to explain you what is a python and how to use it. His main things is that he have big damage and fast firing what mean that this weapon have soooooooo small time to kill, that mean that u can destroy anyone at melee fights ,but he have so small ammo count, what mean that if u miss 3 bullets = you are dead in melee fights. For antirad suit u need min 3 hits if u hit chest, or 4 (that's rl blow my back) that make so hard to predict his death. But most players using antirad so i highly recommend use an Incendiary Pistol Bullets that give u more dmg and ez 3 hits. I using him at long range and melee fights, after fast shoots bullets running back for reload and do it again or using pipe. So GL with this fucked weapon).
